Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about the public adjusting process and how we can help.

A public adjuster is a licensed professional who represents homeowners and property owners. not the insurance company. during the claims process. We inspect the damage, document the loss, prepare estimates, and negotiate with your insurance carrier on your behalf.
The insurance company’s adjuster works for the insurance company. Their goal is to minimize the payout. A public adjuster works for you. Our goal is to make sure your claim is properly documented and fairly evaluated so you receive the full amount you’re entitled to.
We work on a contingency basis. there are no upfront fees. We only get paid when you get paid. Our fee is a percentage of your claim settlement, so there’s no financial risk to you.
As soon as possible after property damage occurs. The earlier we get involved, the better we can document the damage and manage the process. However, we can also help if your claim has already been denied, delayed, or underpaid.
We handle a wide range of property damage claims including water damage, hurricane and storm damage, fire and smoke damage, roof damage, and mold claims. If you’re unsure whether we can help with your situation, give us a call for a free consultation.
We are based in Daytona Beach and serve homeowners and property owners throughout Volusia County and Central Florida.
We can still help. Many denied claims can be reopened and successfully resolved with proper documentation and representation. Contact us for a free review of your denied claim.
Every claim is different. Some can be resolved in weeks, while more complex claims may take several months. We keep you informed throughout the process and work to resolve your claim as quickly as possible.
